You’ll find Visitech Engineering Private Limited out at the 38 K. M. Stone on the road from Delhi. It’s one of those places that you have to keep a sharp eye out for while you're driving, otherwise you might miss the turn-off entirely. Being out here away from the main city center means we have more space, but it also means a long commute for some of us. The building is a functional engineering unit, built for work rather than for looks. There is a lot of metal and concrete around, and the sound of trucks on the highway is a constant backdrop to our day. We have a small yard where we keep some of the larger items and park our scooters. It’s often dusty because of the traffic nearby, but we try to keep the inside clean enough to work in. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, if someone comes by, one of the guys from the floor will come out to see what’s needed. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the machines and the projects we have going on. We eat our lunch together in a small break room and talk about whatever is happening. There's a small tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the noise.
