This branch of our work is set up in the Narela Industrial Area, specifically at H-1173 in the Dsidc section. It’s a proper industrial zone, so it’s always loud with trucks and machines running nearby. We do a lot of the heavier engineering work here compared to a retail shop. There is plenty of space for the equipment, which is good because some of the stuff we handle is quite bulky. The floor is usually covered in a bit of oil or metal shavings, which is just part of the job. We aren't here to look pretty; we're here to get parts machined or repaired. Most of the guys on the floor have been doing this for years and they know the machines inside out. We get a lot of walk-ins from other businesses in the Dsidc area who need something fixed quickly so their own production doesn't stop. It’s a rough and ready kind of place. We start early in the morning when the gates open. There’s always a kettle going for tea and someone usually has the radio on in the background. It’s a steady pace of work. We don't use fancy jargon, we just look at the problem and try to find a way to fix it using the tools we have. It’s about getting the job done so the client can get back to their own manufacturing. We’ve been here for a long time and we know the area.
