Working out of 525, Udyog Vihar Phase-V is basically what defines our days here at Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd. It is a big industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks idling outside in the lane. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The building itself is sturdy but it shows its age in places, which is fine by us. We aren't here to win any beauty contests with the architecture. It is mostly about getting the work out the door on time. The summers in Phase-V get pretty hot, and the fans in the workshop just move the warm air around, but nobody really complains much. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd isn't some high-rise glass building; it’s a practical space. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. There is a small canteen nearby where we grab lunch, and the food is okay, nothing special but it fills you up. We don't spend time writing out fancy goals or anything. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives everyone a two-minute break. It’s just a normal life in a busy industrial hub, nothing more and nothing less than that.
