Shining Stars Engineers

You can find us at Road No. 8, Gali No.4, which is right across from the Raj Vilah Hotel in the Kadipur Industrial Area. Being on Pataudi Road means there’s a lot of traffic, but once you turn into Gali No.4, it gets a bit narrower and more focused on the workshops. Shining Stars Engineers is one of those places where there’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or a machine humming. The shop floor is covered in fine iron filings and there’s a distinct smell of cutting oil in the air. We keep our tools on big pegboards against the wall so we can find them fast. The office is just a tiny room with a glass window looking out over the workspace so we can see what’s going on. We often have to shout over the machines if someone is visiting. The Raj Vilah Hotel across the way is a good landmark because people often miss the turn for Road No. 8. Our gate is painted a dark color, but the paint is peeling a bit near the bottom. It’s a busy place, and there are always parts waiting to be worked on stacked up by the entrance. We drink a lot of tea from the stall down the street, and the cups usually end up sitting on the workbenches. It’s a gritty, hard-working atmosphere where we just focus on the engineering tasks at hand.
