Our unit is located over in Udyog Vihar Phase IV, specifically at number 24. If you know this part of Gurgaon, you know it’s mostly factories and offices packed together. Dantal Engineering Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for some time. The mornings here are always a bit of a rush with everyone trying to get into the industrial estate at the same time. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people talking over the noise. We have a lot of steel and parts lying around because that’s the nature of engineering work. It isn't a showroom; it's a place where things actually get built. The walls have some marks on them and the floor is stained from years of work, which is fine by us. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor making sure things are moving. Lunch happens whenever there’s a break in the schedule. Sometimes we eat at our desks or go out to the small stalls nearby for a quick bite. Udyog Vihar can be a tough place to navigate when it rains, but we manage. We aren’t really into big presentations or corporate talk. We just show up, do the engineering tasks required, and keep the machines running. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff every day. The office part is small and usually filled with blueprints and lists. We just keep our heads down and work.
