Yontro Mechatronic Systech

Yontro Mechatronic Systech is based at Plot No 194, Sec 7 in Imt Manesar. It’s a modern enough area, and being in Manesar means there is always a lot of activity around us. We work on mechatronic systems, which involves a mix of different parts and a lot of sitting at benches. The workshop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things often get messy when a project is in the middle of being finished. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and meetings. Usually, we are just in our work clothes trying to figure out a mechanical issue or wiring something up. The people here are mostly technicians who enjoy working with their hands. It’s a practical place. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a schedule we try to stick to. The plot in Sector 7 is easy to get to from the main road, which is helpful for the staff and for anyone dropping off components. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. It’s a simple setup where we just focus on the technical side of things and try to do a decent job every day. Sometimes we stay late when a piece of machinery isn't behaving, but that is just part of the trade. We keep the coffee pot going and keep at it.
