Boss Gears Ltd. is located right on the Sikanderpur stretch of the Delhi Jaipur Highway. If you’ve ever driven that route, you know how much traffic there is with all the big trucks and buses moving between cities. Our building is right there where all that action happens. It gets quite dusty because of the road, so we are always cleaning off the desks and the equipment. We work with gears and mechanical parts, so the place often sounds like metal clanking and machines running. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. The staff here are used to the heavy lifting and the grease that comes with the job. We have a big storage area for all the different gear sets we produce and keep in stock. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy carpets or quiet offices. It’s a working facility. We spend our hours making sure the specifications are right and that the orders are ready for the trucks to pick up. Sometimes the heat from the highway makes the workshop very warm, but we just keep the doors open for whatever breeze we can get. We’ve been at this Sikanderpur location for a long time, and we are just a group of people who know how to handle mechanical parts. It’s straightforward work that keeps the wheels turning, literally.
