Over here at Vashisth Estate in Sohna, things are pretty laid back but we stay busy. We don’t have a massive office with a glass front; it’s just a practical space where we can get our work done. We spend a lot of time in our cars, driving out to different spots to meet people or check on things. The roads in Sohna can be a bit rough sometimes, but we don’t mind. We handle a lot of the local property stuff, mostly just helping people figure out the buying and selling process. It can be confusing for folks, so we try to explain it in plain words. No big words or fancy talk, just the facts. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years.
