Taikisha Engineering India Limited

Our office and workspace are located at Plot No. 404 in Udyog Vihar, Phase-Iv. This area is full of factories and offices, so there’s always a lot of movement around here. Taikisha Engineering India Limited might sound like a big name, but on the ground, it’s just us working through technical drawings and project plans. We spend a lot of time in meetings, but not the boring corporate kind—more like the "how do we fix this problem" kind. The building is practical, nothing too flashy. We have desks, some drafting tables, and plenty of files scattered around. Udyog Vihar can be a bit of a maze, but we’ve been at this plot long enough that we know all the shortcuts. We don’t go in for big mission statements or posters on the walls. We just focus on the engineering tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we’re out at sites, and other times we’re stuck here at Plot 404 dealing with paperwork. It’s a busy life, and the traffic around Phase-Iv can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we’ve made this place our own. We have a small canteen area where we grab lunch and talk about things other than work for a bit. It’s just a regular workplace where people are trying to do a decent job without any unnecessary drama. We’ve learned to deal with the dusty environment and the constant noise of construction nearby. It’s just how things are in this industrial belt.
