We’ve been working out of this spot at H-543 in Gurgaon for quite a while now. If you know this part of town, you know it gets pretty busy with all the cars and people moving around. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving over to different plots and apartments to check on things. It’s not a fancy setup here, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a place to stay or maybe sell something they own. Real estate in Gurgaon is a lot of work because things change so fast. One day a road is empty and the next there’s a new building going up. We just try to keep up with it all. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local paperwork which can be a real headache sometimes, but it’s just part of the job. Usually, someone is here at the desk while the rest of us are out showing properties to families or investors. It gets dusty and hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with the work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just handle the day-to-day property stuff for people around here. If you walk by H-543, you’ll probably see us inside or leaning against the door talking to a neighbor. It’s just how we do things every day.
