SVS Propmart P Ltd

We are located in Global Business Park on Mehrauli Road. It’s a large complex, so it took us a bit of time to get settled into our space here. SVS Propmart P Ltd is just our small office among many others in this building. Being on Mehrauli Road means there is always a lot of activity outside. We spend our days dealing with various property listings and talking to clients who come by. The air conditioning in the building is usually running, which is a relief. We have some desks and a small area where people can sit while we look through files. Most of our work is just keeping track of who wants to buy or rent something nearby. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers match up. We use the computers a lot for checking addresses and prices. Sometimes we have meetings that go on longer than expected. It’s a busy environment with people coming and going from the other offices too. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby. Dealing with real estate here is mostly about staying organized and answering the phone quickly. We don't really do anything fancy, just the regular daily tasks of an estate office. It can get a bit hectic during the peak months, but we manage to keep things moving. It feels like a long day sometimes, but we get the work done. After that we just lock up and head for the parking.
