You can find us at the Sushant Shopping Arcade, down on the ground floor. We are in unit 113 and 114-E. Being in a mall like this means there is always noise and people walking past the door at all hours. It is a small space, but we make it work for what we do at Frsh. Com. We spend a lot of time sorting things out and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost in the arcade because the numbering of the shops is a bit confusing, but we usually find them wandering around. We keep the lights on late most days because there is always something left to finish before we can head home. It is not a shiny office with fancy chairs or anything like that. We have some old desks and a fridge that makes a weird humming sound in the corner. We do not really do much advertising. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us in this neighborhood. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we get along well enough. We have been at this location for a while now and we know the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes we trade stories about the customers. It is a practical way to spend the day. We do not have a big philosophy. We just show up and do the work.
