Sunman Realty is located in Emaar The Emerald Plaza. We are on the 3rd floor, office number EPO 03-030. Sector 65 is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around downstairs. Our office is a bit of a retreat from all that. We have a few desks and a small area for meetings. It’s where we handle all our realty business. We don't do anything fancy. Most of the time is spent on the phone or responding to emails about different plots and flats. The plaza has some good food spots, so lunch is usually the highlight of the day. We’ve got a small crew here. We all do a bit of everything, from filing to visiting sites. The work is mostly about knowing who owns what and what the current prices are. We just talk about the prices and the locations without making it sound complicated. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit there staring at each other, which is funny in its own way. It's a basic operation. We keep the files sorted as best we can. Working in a place like Emerald Plaza means we see a lot of different businesses, but we just stick to our own corner. It can get quite hot in the afternoons if the sun hits the windows just right, but the view of the main road is okay.
