Soil Realty Consulting LLP is up on the sixth floor of IREO Skyon. It’s Sector 60. The office is E3-611. It’s one of those modern buildings with lots of glass, but inside it’s just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time looking out at the skyline while we’re on the phone. Sector 60 is still growing, so there’s always something new being built nearby. Our day is mostly about tracking property values and talking to people who want to move into the area. It’s not always exciting. Sometimes it’s just hours of looking at spreadsheets. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people who know this specific corner of Gurgaon. We deal with the usual stuff like lease agreements and property checks. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, which is a bit of a joke among us. We try to stay organized, but with so many things happening at once, the desks usually end up covered in notes. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just do the consulting work that people ask for. It's a lot of back and forth with clients and other agents. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and it feels like home. It’s a busy spot but we like the energy of the neighborhood. There is a small tea shop downstairs where we usually go when things get too hectic in the office.
