You can find us at House Number 1083 on the ground floor in Sector 47. We are right across from the Omex Celebration Mall, which is a big landmark that everyone knows near Subhash Chowk. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just step inside when they are heading to the mall or finishing up their shopping. We go by Shagun Realtors, and we spend our days dealing with the houses and shops in this part of town. The office is a bit small and it can get a little noisy with all the traffic heading towards the Chowk, but we are used to it by now. We have a few desks and some old cabinets where we keep all our property records. Most of our work involves talking to people who want to move into the area or those who have a place they want to sell. We spend a lot of time on the phone and driving around to different sites. It is not a very formal place; we often have tea with the people who come in and just talk about what is available. We have seen Sector 47 grow a lot since we started, and it is interesting to see how the neighborhood keeps changing. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to help people find a place that works for them without any fuss or big sales pitches.
