At Seventree Estate LLP, we are over in Sector 51. It’s House Number 854. Since it’s a house, it doesn’t feel like those cold glass offices in the city center. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. We handle a lot of the local property work right from here. Gurgaon is changing fast, and Sector 51 has seen its fair share of that too. We spend our days looking at maps, talking to owners, and trying to keep up with all the new rules coming out. It’s a lot of paper and a lot of phone time. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we just sit around the table and figure out who is doing what for the week. It’s not very formal. We don’t wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting somewhere else. Most days it’s just jeans and a lot of tea. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. If someone asks about a specific block, we usually have a good idea of what’s going on there. Working from a house means we get to see the local kids playing and the vegetable sellers going by. It’s a very different vibe than being in a skyscraper. We just do our work and try to keep everything organized without making it a big complicated mess. The printer jams at least once a day, which is our biggest frustration.
