Sehgal Estate

We’ve been running Sehgal Estate from our spot here in DLF City Phase II at number 206 for quite some time now. It’s a busy area and the phone doesn't really stop ringing most mornings. We mostly spend our days talking to people who want to move into the neighborhood or maybe sell off a plot they’ve held onto for years. It’s not fancy work, just a lot of paperwork and showing people around different blocks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we like being right in the middle of things. We’ve seen the roads change and new houses go up where there used to be empty space. Most of our day is spent checking listings or meeting folks who just drop by the office to ask about prices. It’s just a small team here, so we handle everything ourselves from the first call to the final handshakes. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see elsewhere. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we’re out on-site all afternoon, so the office stays locked for a bit, but that’s just how it goes when you’re managing properties. We know this specific part of DLF really well because we’re here every single day. If you walk past 206, you’ll probably see us at the desks sorting through files or on the phone.
