Saikka Estate Private Limited is just us working out of Flat D3 002 in Victory Valley. It’s a quiet spot in Badshahpur, and if you’ve been around Gurgaon, you know how busy it gets. We spend most of our mornings here dealing with the usual property paperwork and taking calls. Some days are slow, others we are running around quite a bit. Living and working in Victory Valley means we see the same people every day. It’s not a big fancy office with a receptionist. It’s just where we handle the estate business. Most of the time, it's just about keeping the files in order and talking to folks looking for a place near Sector 67. We’ve been at this for a while now. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the hardest working thing in this room. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello or ask about some local news. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us trying to make sense of the real estate market in this part of town. The commute to other parts of Gurgaon is a bit of a pain sometimes with the traffic on the main road, but we manage. We keep things pretty simple here. No big presentations, just regular conversations over a desk. If you're looking for us, we are right there in Tower D3. It’s a decent place to be based, honestly. We usually finish up around six if the work is done.
