We are over at House Number 239, on the first floor in Gali Number 3 of Basai Enclave Part 1. It’s a local neighborhood office, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the city center. Rising Sun Realtors Private Limited is a small team of people. We mostly focus on the houses and plots right here in the enclave and the nearby streets. The office is tucked away in a residential lane, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main roads. We spend our days talking to house owners and people looking for a place to move into. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people different rooms or patches of land. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth from neighbors is how most people find us. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and we’ve seen the streets get paved and more houses go up every year. It’s simple work, really. We help with the deeds and making sure the rent agreements are done correctly. Sometimes we’re out in the heat all day looking at sites, and other times we’re just sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring. We don't use fancy talk; we just tell you what the situation is with a property. If a roof leaks or the plumbing is old, we say so. It’s just how we do things here in Basai Enclave.
