Rector Realtors LLP is based out of Unit 326 in the Emaar Emerald Plaza. It’s located in Sector 65, right on the Golf Course Extension Road. This whole area of Gurgaon has grown so fast lately, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. Emerald Hills is right next door too. Our office is on the third floor, and it’s a busy little spot most days of the week. We spend most of our time dealing with the apartments and commercial spaces around this part of the city. It’s a lot of running around from one building to another to check on things. We aren't the type to wear fancy suits every day unless we really have to for a meeting. Most of the time, we’re just in regular clothes, drinking chai and talking to people about current prices. The Golf Course Extension Road is always busy, so there’s always something happening right outside. We handle the paperwork, the site visits, and the back-and-forth negotiations. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes they don’t, but that’s just the nature of real estate work. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated for anyone. We know the builders and the layouts of the buildings in Sector 65 quite well. It’s a lot of data to manage, but we do our best with our spreadsheets and old-fashioned folders. It's just a regular office doing regular work in a very fast-paced neighborhood. We stay until the work is done.
