Raymond & A.M Estates

We are tucked away on the second floor of C-126 in Rajiv Nagar. This is our base for Raymond & A.M Estates here in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the office has a good view of the street below. We’ve been handling things from this spot for a while. Dealing with estates and property matters means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people, but this is where we come back to finish the day. Rajiv Nagar is a bustling place, and being on the second floor helps us get a bit of peace from the road noise. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big marketing team. It’s just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and us trying to make sense of the local market. Some days are slow, others we can barely keep up with the messages. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. People in Haryana appreciate honesty, so we just tell it like it is. It isn’t a corporate environment by any means. There’s usually a news channel running in the background and someone always has a snack to share. We like the local feel of the neighborhood and being accessible to the people who live nearby. It is just a normal office where we do our best to stay on top of things.
