Our office is in Flat No - E- 316 at the New Rail Vihar complex. It is part of the IRWO Classic Apartments in Sector 57, Gurgaon. Being in a residential apartment for Knight Frank India might seem a bit different, but it works for us. Sector 57 is a growing part of the city with a lot of new housing coming up all around. From our flat, we can see the skyline changing almost every month. We deal with property matters and real estate things, so being right in the middle of a housing complex actually makes sense. It is a UK-based company but here in Gurgaon, we just feel like a local team. The apartment is where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the market. It is quiet for the most part, which helps when we have to look over long contracts or maps. The security at the gate knows us by now. We spend our days talking to people about buildings and land. It is not a flashy office in a glass tower, just a practical space in a nice society. We like the fact that we are close to the actual homes we talk about. It makes the work feel more real. We just go about our business day by day, trying to stay on top of the local property scene in Haryana.
