Our office is at No. 423/92 over by Patoudi Chowk. We’re on Basai Road, quite close to Nirankari Bhawan. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We’ve been doing this property business for a long time. People around here know the name. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. Ram Property Dealers is just a few of us. We spend our days answering phones and writing down notes about different houses and plots. The office gets a bit crowded on Saturdays when everyone seems to have free time to look at properties. We try to give everyone a fair amount of time, though it gets hectic. Sometimes we lose a pen or forget where we put a specific file, but we always find it eventually. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know which streets get flooded in the rain and which ones are quiet at night. That kind of information isn't on a map. We just talk to our neighbors and keep our ears open. It’s not a polished operation. We have old furniture and a slow fan, but it works for us. We just focus on getting people into the places they need without too much fuss. Most people who come here are just looking for a decent place to live or work. We don't try to push them into things. We just show what we have on the books and go from there.
