You can find Rai Realtors over in Block C 53 of the Vyapar Kendra in Sushant Lok Phase I. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always something happening right outside our window. We’ve been operating out of this small office for quite some time now. It’s tucked away among many other shops and businesses, but people seem to find us alright. Most of our work involves talking to residents here in Sushant Lok or people looking to move into the neighborhood. We know these streets pretty well because we spend half our time walking them to check on properties. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and folders we keep, but it feels lived in. We aren't the type to wear suits every day; we keep it casual because that’s more comfortable when you’re out in the heat. Sometimes we grab a coffee from the stall nearby while waiting for a client who is stuck in traffic. That happens a lot around here. We just try to give people the facts about a place without any fluff. If a roof leaks or the parking is tight, we tell them. It’s better to be upfront. We like being part of the local community here. It’s just us doing our thing, helping folks buy or rent a place in this corner of the city. We open early most days and usually stay until the market starts to quiet down.
