R R Properties

R R Properties is located in the heart of the old city at Nai Sarak, inside Old Marwari Katra, number 1635. It’s a very traditional area, and it can get incredibly crowded with shoppers and rickshaws. Our office is part of that history. The building is old and has a lot of character, though the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. Inside, it’s a modest setup with just enough room for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend our days surrounded by the sounds of the market outside. It’s never quiet here, but that’s just how Nai Sarak is. We’ve got stacks of old registers and ledgers because we’ve been doing this for a long time. The name R R Properties is painted on the door. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep things tidy. We usually have some cold water ready for anyone who makes the trek up to see us. It’s a very grounded way to work, right in the middle of the bustle. There is a lot of local history in Old Marwari Katra, and we feel like we are a small part of that fabric now. We don't have fancy lights or modern art, just the basic things we need to get our work done. It’s a busy life here at 1635.
