Paridhi Udyog

Paridhi Udyog is located at House No. 2790/91. We are right opposite the Sadar Police Station in Sadar Bazar. It’s a very noisy part of town, especially in the mornings when the market is opening up. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the Kali Bari Mandir. We are very near to it. The shop itself isn't much to look at. We have a lot of stock piled up in the back and it gets a bit dusty. I keep telling the boys to clean the shelves but there’s always more work to do. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. Sometimes the police come over for tea when it's slow at the station. The bells from the mandir are nice to hear in the evenings. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but business is steady so we don’t mind. It’s a family thing, mostly. We just sell what we have and try to be fair with everyone. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We show up at nine, open the shutters, and stay until the sun goes down. If you need to find us, just ask any of the rickshaw pullers near the station. They all know the house number and can point you right to our door without much trouble.
