Our office is situated at Killa No. 11/1 in Village Jharsa, which is part of the Shivaji Nagar area in Gurugram. It’s a bit of a unique spot because it feels a little more like the old parts of town compared to the new high-rises. We’ve been operating Olive Grand Realtors from here for a while. The address can be a bit tricky for people to find the first time, so we often have to give directions over the phone. We deal with land and houses all around this part of Haryana. The office itself is quite plain, just a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them. We spend a lot of time talking to the local folks about who is selling what. It’s a very community-based way of doing business. We don’t have a fancy website with lots of bells and whistles. We mostly rely on people walking in or calling us up. Sometimes the cows from the village wander near the entrance, which is just part of the local scenery here. We keep our records in big registers and try to stay on top of the legal bits. It's a steady job and we like being in Jharsa. The 122001 area has a lot of history and we’re glad to be a part of it. The tea stall around the corner makes the best ginger chai.
