O J R Properties

We are based right in Gurgaon Village. It is a bit different from the flashy parts of Gurgaon with all the malls and high-rise towers. Here, things feel a bit more grounded and traditional. O J R Properties is located in a small building along one of the main paths through the village. We have a desk, some plastic chairs for visitors, and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. Most of the day is spent talking to people who walk in or making calls on old mobile phones. It is dusty outside, and the sounds of cows or scooters are never too far away. We don't have any big posters or fancy logos on the walls. It is just a place where we keep our files and records of the local area. The sun comes in strong in the afternoons, so we usually keep the curtains half-drawn. It is a very local operation. We know the history of the plots around here and who owns what. Most of the people we deal with are from the nearby streets. We don't use much technology besides the basics. It is more about the talk and the handshake here. We sit in the office and wait for the day to pass while getting through the paperwork. It is a slow-paced environment compared to the city center, but there is always something small to take care of before we lock the door for lunch.
