Our workplace is located at Unit No. 110 on the first floor of Vipul Business Park. It is right in the Shivaji Nagar area of Gurgaon. Being on the first floor is nice because we do not have to wait for the elevators when the building gets busy in the mornings. Nehlia Realtors Llp has been based in this unit for a good bit of time. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some computers and a couple of tables where we sit down with anyone who comes by. Haryana can get quite hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the air conditioning are working right. There are a lot of other businesses in the park, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the hallways. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just wear regular clothes and talk to people like normal neighbors. Shivaji Nagar is a busy part of town and the traffic outside can be a real headache sometimes. We just try to get in early before it gets too bad. The address is 122001, and we have lived and worked around here long enough to know the shortcuts. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just open the door, do the work that needs doing, and close up at the end of the day. It is a practical way to run things.
