Our office is located on the first floor of 1061 P in Sector-40. We are quite close to the Unitech Cyber Park in Gurugram, which means there are always people moving in and out of the area for work. It’s a busy spot, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to the offices nearby. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with all the property stuff that comes up in this part of Gurgaon. It’s a lot of rental agreements and helping people find a place to stay that isn't too far from their jobs. The office itself is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of paper. We don't spend much on fancy furniture because we are usually out visiting apartments or meeting people at the Cyber Park. It’s a fast-paced environment here. One day we are busy with five different clients, and the next we might just be catching up on paperwork. We don't use any complicated jargon. If a flat is good, we say it’s good. If it has issues, we mention those too. We think it’s better to just be honest with people so they know what they are getting into. Being in Sector-40 is convenient because everything is nearby, from shops to the main roads. It’s just a regular real estate business run by people who live and work in the same neighborhood. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to discuss a lease or a sale.
