Mangalam Real Estate

We operate Mangalam Real Estate out of Gadoli Sikandarpur, at office number 314. It’s a bit further out from the main city center, which means it’s a little quieter around here. The building isn't very tall, and we are up on the third floor. There is a small window in the back that looks out toward some open fields. Most of our day is spent talking to people about the local land and buildings in the Gadoli area. The office is pretty basic, with a couple of tables and a few chairs that don't quite match. We have a ceiling fan that wobbles a little when it’s on the high setting, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't much for fancy decorations, so the walls are mostly bare except for a clock and a few notices. It’s a straightforward place where we just focus on the business at hand. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about something they saw down the road. It’s a friendly enough spot to spend the day. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together at the main table. There isn't anything complicated about how we run things here at 314. We just show up and see what the day brings. It’s a quiet but steady way to make a living in Sikandarpur.
