Our office is up in unit 808 at Conscient One. Being right there on the Dwarka Expressway in Sector-109 means we see a lot of construction going on every single day. It’s a busy area of Gurgaon, and the roads are always full of trucks and dust. Luxury Dream Realty Private Limited is basically just a group of us who know this stretch of the city inside out. We spend our mornings checking on new builds and our afternoons dealing with the mountain of paperwork that comes with it. The office is decent, nothing over the top, even if the name sounds a bit big for us. We usually have the radio on and someone is always looking for a lost pen or a notepad. It gets hectic when a new project opens up nearby. We deal with all sorts of people looking for homes or investment spots along the expressway. It’s a lot of driving back and forth on Railway Road and through Sector-109. We’ve seen this part of Haryana change a lot over the years. Sometimes we miss how quiet it used to be, but the growth is good for work. We aren't big on fancy speeches; we just tell people what we know about the current rates and which builders are actually finishing their work on time. It’s straightforward work for us, and we try not to overthink it. Most of the time, we’re just making sure the documents are in order so nobody gets a headache later on. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
