Lancer Realtors Private Limited is based at 923 in Jhang Colony. It is a straightforward office in a regular colony setting. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been in the real estate game for a while. The house number is easy to find if you are driving through the colony streets. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few old printers, and stacks of papers that we need to get through. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the work itself. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we go through our files. Jhang Colony is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We often have people just dropping in to ask a quick question about a plot of land or a house for rent. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s not a high-pressure office at all. We take our time to make sure the paperwork is correct. Usually, the day ends when the sun goes down and we lock up the gate at 923.
