We are up on the second floor of building 1105 on Sohna Road, right in Sector-47 of Gurgaon. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in the head office means we see a lot of people coming through for different reasons. Mostly it’s folks looking for an apartment in one of the big towers or maybe a bit of office space for their own small business. Gurgaon moves so quickly that the prices we talk about in the morning might feel different by next week. We just try to keep up with the pace. Our office is usually full of maps and printed lists of what is currently on the market. It’s not a very quiet place because Sohna Road is always loud with cars and construction. We spend a lot of time coordinating with other people across the sector to see what's new. Sometimes it feels like there is a new building every time you look out the window. We just stick to what we know, which is the local blocks around here. We handle the usual paperwork and make sure people understand what they are signing. It’s straightforward work, nothing too complicated. We’ve been here long enough that we know which sectors are growing and which ones are more settled. It keeps us on our toes every day dealing with all the property files.
