Khaaja Chowk

Khaaja Chowk is right on M G Road. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and there’s always something happening outside. Our place is basically where we serve food to whoever stops by. We have tables and chairs set up, and it’s usually quite a mix of people coming in. M G Road is a long stretch, and we are just one of the many spots along it. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. Most of our effort goes into the kitchen and making sure the orders are moving along. It gets pretty loud during the lunch and dinner rush. The staff are usually running around trying to keep up. We have a routine of cleaning up the tables and sweeping the floor between the rushes. It’s a lot of work, and it can be tiring standing on your feet all day. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen how the traffic on M G Road never really seems to stop. The windows get dusty from the road, so we have to wipe them down more often than we’d like. It’s just a straightforward food spot. We don't have a big philosophy. We just open up, cook the food, and hope people enjoy their meal. It’s a simple way to run a business in a busy part of town.
