You can find us on the 9th floor of Tower D in the Global Business Group building. We are pretty close to the Guru Dronacharya Metro Station, which makes it easy for people to reach us, though the walk from the station can be a bit sweaty in the afternoon heat. Being up on the 9th floor means we see a lot of the skyline, but mostly we are looking at our desks. India Homes has been operating out of this tower for a bit. It is a large building with a lot of people, so the lobby is always full of movement. Our office is a place where we try to keep things calm and get the work done. We handle various property matters, mostly around this part of the city. We spend time coordinating with owners and showing people around different sites. It is a lot of scheduling and rescheduling, as things never quite go to plan. We do not have a fancy reception or anything, just a desk where you can sit and talk. The metro nearby is always rumbling, which you get used to after a week. We like being in this spot because it is central for us. We just focus on the daily tasks of checking property details and making sure the information we give out is as correct as we can make it. It is just a regular workday for us up here in Tower D, nothing more.
