Icm Engineerinig Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 43 in Sector-6. It’s a typical industrial plot where we do all our engineering work. The building is a simple structure that focuses on utility rather than style. Inside, the floor is mostly taken up by equipment and workstations. We spend our days looking over technical drawings and making sure the fabrication is going according to plan. It can get a bit dusty, especially when there’s a lot of activity on the floor, but that is just part of the job. We have a small office section for the administrative stuff, but most of the action happens out where the machines are. The lighting is bright and functional, and there’s usually a faint smell of metal and coolant in the air. Our team is a mix of older experienced guys and some younger ones learning the ropes. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to make sure that whatever we are building is solid and done on time. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting about local news or whatever is on the radio. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We’ve been in Sector-6 for a good while now, and we’ve seen the other businesses around us change, but we just keep doing our thing every day. It is not fancy, but we take pride in the stuff we make.
