You can find our main workspace at Shop No. FF-73 in the SS Omnia building over in Sector-84 of Gurugram. We also have ties to Sector-45. It’s a modern building, but our office inside is pretty lived-in. We’ve got maps pinned to the walls and stacks of documents on every flat surface. We focus on the real estate market around this part of Haryana. It’s a fast-paced environment here in Gurgaon, and things change almost every week. We try to keep up with which buildings are finishing and which ones are just starting. Our team is small, just a few people who know the local roads and sectors well. We spend a lot of time driving around to look at different sites. The traffic can be a nightmare, so we try to schedule our meetings carefully. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics.
