Hollies Estate Llp

We spend most of our days over here at Tower B in the Suncity Success Tower. It's a pretty tall building on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 65. If you know Gurgaon, you know this part of Haryana gets quite a bit of traffic, especially near the Air Force area during the morning rush. Our office is just one of many in this block, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We mostly just deal with estate matters and paperwork. It’s not a very fancy setup inside, just desks, some chairs, and a lot of files stacked up. Sometimes the elevators take a while, which gives us time to chat with the neighbors from the other companies. Being in Sector 65 means there is always construction happening nearby. You can hear it sometimes when the windows are open. We usually get in around ten and stay until the work is finished. It’s a practical place for Hollies Estate Llp to work from. There is a small tea stall not too far away where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. We don’t really do much besides the daily tasks that come with being in the property field. It’s just regular work for us. Most of the people here have been around for a long time, so we know the area quite well by now. We just focus on getting things done for the day and heading home.
