We are located in Shop No. 69 at the MGF Metropolis Mall on MG Road in Gurugram. Being in a mall means there’s always a lot of people walking past our window. It’s a bit different from a street-side office, but we like the energy here. We handle property deals all over Gurgaon from this little shop. The space is small, so we have to be careful not to let the files pile up too high on the floor. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to buyers and sellers. MG Road is a busy place, so parking can be a bit of a hassle for us in the mornings. We usually get here around ten and stay until the mall starts to get quiet in the evening. There are a couple of us who work the desk here. We try to keep everything organized, but sometimes the paperwork gets ahead of us. People often stop by while they’re out shopping just to ask about flat prices or rental rates. We don't have a big marketing team, it's just us answering questions and showing pictures of houses on our tablets. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We grab coffee from the food court when we need a break. It’s a decent way to spend the work day. The mall lights stay on quite late which is nice.
