Our place is H. No. 170 in Pataudi, specifically in V.P.O Bhora Kalan. It is a bit of a drive out from the main Gurgaon city area, but that is where we operate. Green Path Prop Mart LLP is based right here in the village. Things move a bit slower out here compared to the high-rise blocks, but there is still plenty to do. We deal with land and property in the Bhorakalan area. Our office is just a house number, which tells you it is a local, homegrown kind of setup. We do not have the fancy glass walls of the city firms. Instead, we have a simple room where we keep our records and meet people from the surrounding villages. Most of our day is spent out on the field, looking at patches of land or talking to neighbors. The 122413 area is mostly about open space and growing developments. We know the local roads and the people around here quite well. It is practical work. We handle the documents, talk to the owners, and keep track of what is available. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know. Being in Pataudi means we see the more traditional side of Haryana real estate. We just take things one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of the local news and property changes in our little corner of the world.
