GOMESHWAR ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based at 257 DW in Nirvana, Sector 50. It is a pretty well-known spot in Gurgaon, especially if you live in this part of Haryana. Gomeshwar Estates Private Limited has been operating out of here for a bit. The area is much quieter than the city center, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise. We mostly look after things in and around the Nirvana Country township. Our daily routine involves a lot of walking through the different blocks and checking on how things are looking. The office is just a normal setup with some chairs and a lot of files. We do not go in for anything too decorative. It is more about having a place to meet and talk through property details. Sector 50 has changed a lot, and we have seen it happen from our spot here. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in, other days it is just us and the phones. The 122002 area keeps us busy because there is always something happening with the houses and plots around here. We try to keep things clear and simple when we talk to anyone. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we just try to manage the paperwork as best as we can. It is a steady way to spend the day, and we are glad to be in this neighborhood.
