Our shop is number one, right on Sohna Road, near the Omax Plaza. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for quite some time, watching the area grow and change. There are so many new buildings now compared to when we first started out. We mostly help people with buying or renting shops and flats around this part of Sohna Road. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is moving where. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; we just have our notebooks and a pretty good memory for faces. When someone comes in, we just have a seat and talk about what they need. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local guys who know the property market here. Some days we’re out in the heat showing sites, and other days we’re just here in the shop catching up on paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. Being near Omax Plaza helps people find us easily enough. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us just by walking past or through someone they know. We just try to be fair and honest with everyone we meet. It’s a simple business and we like keeping it that way. We’re usually here until late most days, just finishing up.
