We operate D C Jain Real Estate Services from our ground floor unit, GF-004, right on M G Road. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in from the sidewalk without having to use an elevator. M G Road is always packed with people and cars, so there is never a dull moment looking out our front window. Our office is a bit small, but we’ve squeezed in everything we need to get the job done. There’s a desk for me and a couple of others, and a small table where we keep the local newspapers. We’ve been at GF-004 for a long time. People know us as the local guys who handle the shops and flats around this part of town. We don't use any big slogans or shiny brochures. Mostly, we just talk to folks and show them what’s available on our list for the week. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it gets really hot outside, but we get by with a couple of extra fans. We know most of the other shop owners along this stretch of M G Road. It’s a busy life, and the phone doesn't stop ringing much. We spend a lot of time walking to different buildings nearby to check on things or meet with owners. It’s just a normal day-to-day business. We help people find a spot to set up their own shop or a place to live, and that’s about it. If you’re walking down M G Road, you’ll probably see our sign.
