CHIRAG ESTATE HOMES LLP

We are over at A-14/6 in DLF City Phase 1. If you know Gurgaon, you know this part of town has been around for a while. It is not like the new high-rises you see further out. We have got our setup here and we spend most of our days looking at property files or meeting folks who are interested in the local housing market. Chirag Estate Homes LLP is just a small team of us working out of this spot. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during office hours, but our street stays relatively calm. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can get through the paperwork. People stop by to ask about rentals or what is selling in Phase 1, and we tell them what we know. It is straightforward work. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, with new houses replacing the old ones. Being here in Dlf Qe helps because we are close to the main markets and the metro isn't too far off either. Our desks are usually piled with maps and documents. It is a lot of phone calls and walking around to show sites. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. There is not much more to it than that. We are just here doing the daily grind in this corner of Haryana.
