Century 21 India

We are based in Gurgaon, over in the Sukhrali area. Our office is Flat Number 14, and we’re right next to Sector 17 A. The place is listed under Shri Ajit Singh’s care. This is a branch for Century 21 India. If you know Gurgaon, you know how much it has changed, but this part of town still has a bit of the old local feel. We deal mostly with property and real estate around here. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have some desks, a few chairs for when people come to talk, and a lot of maps and property documents. We aren’t the type to wear suits and give slick presentations. We’re usually out on the street looking at plots or talking to landlords. It’s a very hands-on job. People from the village and the nearby sectors stop by to see what’s for sale or if there are any new rentals. We know the local market pretty well because we’ve been here for so long. We don’t use a lot of marketing fluff. We just tell people the truth about the land and the prices. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on in Gurgaon, but we just keep the office as tidy as we can and get on with our work day. There’s always something new happening in real estate.
