Our office is up in A-1402 at Heritage One in Sector 62, Gurgaon. It’s a high-rise building, so we get a pretty good view of the surrounding area from up here. Being in Sector 62 means we are right in the middle of a lot of corporate development. It’s a different vibe than the older parts of the city. We’ve been operating from this unit for some time now. We aren't one of those big firms that tries to sell you a dream; we’re just here to handle the practical side of property deals. The office itself is functional and filled with folders and documents. We spend a lot of time tracking market trends and checking on property registrations. It’s a lot of desk work, but we also get out to the various sectors nearby to look at what’s actually being built. The elevator ride up can take a minute if it's the busy morning rush, but once you’re here, it’s a professional but simple environment. We don't use any of those grand mission statements. We just try to get the work done correctly and make sure the paperwork is in order for everyone involved. Most of the time it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone call. It’s a steady way to work in a city that is always moving too fast. We like the focus that this office space provides us.
