But we tend to stick to what we know, which is the more established parts of town. People come to us because they know we’ve been in the market for a long time. We aren't the kind of place that has a receptionist or a coffee machine for guests. You just walk in, find a stool, and we talk about what you’re looking for. It might be a small shop space or a house for a growing family. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking in with owners and seeing if anything new has come up. The market changes fast, but the way we do things stays pretty much the same. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re part of some huge corporation. We’re just local people who know the bazaar and the surrounding streets. It’s a simple life, and we like being right in the middle of the action here.
