Bhartis Authentic Food is tucked away in G-116 in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. We are right behind the Ansal Plaza Mall, which is where most people look when they are trying to find us. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main mall area, which we actually like. In the kitchen, things can get pretty hot and hectic, especially around lunch and dinner times. We are just local folks who enjoy making food that tastes right. There isn't any complicated machinery here, just regular cooking equipment and a lot of hands-on work. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping ingredients for the next day. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle to find the exact gate, but we usually step out to wave them down. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find out about us because they live nearby or they were shopping at the mall and decided to see what was behind it. We keep our menu simple and focus on the stuff we know how to make well. It’s a small family-style operation. We use the same recipes we’ve had for years. It’s not fancy, and the floors might be a bit worn from all the walking, but the food is honest. That is what matters to us at G-116. We usually close up late once the last orders are finally out and the counters are wiped down.
