We are located over at Brisk Lumbini in Sector-109, which is right on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon. Our office number is A-011. It’s a newer area, and there is still a lot of construction happening all around us. You can see the cranes and the new buildings going up every day from the window. Being near the expressway is convenient, though the roads can be a bit dusty with all the trucks moving back and forth. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to help people navigate the real estate market in this specific part of town. The office is fairly quiet compared to the main city, which we like. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons visiting sites to see how the work is coming along. It’s important to see things in person rather than just relying on what people tell you. We don’t use any polished scripts or fancy presentations. We just sit down and talk about what’s available and what the prices are looking like. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we make do.
